Title: The Ishishimi Totem
This artwork is inspired by the spirit and soul of one of the Amazon's ancient plants, where the surprising symbiosis between a plant and an ant insect can result in a surprisingly powerful antidote. Made from the insect's egg and the plant's leaf, this antidote is capable of curing the bite of a deadly snake and is frequently used as a remedy in remote parts of the rainforest.
