FLORA AND FAUNA

In this work, I wanted to show life in its fullest and most diverse form. Our Amazon appears as a great tapestry where everything coexists: trees, birds, animals, and plants converse with one another without hierarchies. Here there is no silence; every corner breathes, observes, and moves.
The trees rise like pillars of life, each one different, yet all united by the same energy. In their branches, birds rest and fly, messengers of the forest, bearers of color, song, and freedom. They represent constant movement, the communication between heaven and earth.
On the ground dwell the animals, discreet yet ever-present, tending the balance of the forest. They walk, hide, and observe, reminding us that the jungle also pulsates from below, from the invisible. Each being fulfills its function, and none is superfluous.
The abundance of leaves and greenery envelops the entire scene, like a protective mantle. For me, this vegetation is not just landscape: it is food, shelter, and medicine. It is the living memory of the Amazon, a sacred space where life is renewed every day.
With this work, I want to express respect and gratitude. Flora and fauna do not exist separately from humankind; we are part of the same cycle. This painting is an invitation to look closely, to recognize the richness that surrounds us, and to understand that caring for nature is caring for life itself.
