Title: Ayahuasca Vines.
Size: 90x70cm
Technique: Acrylic on canvas.
Description:
In the Amazon, there are several types of ayahuasca. These vines extend to the infinity of the universe, offering a wide variety of colors, including light blue, known as the Ayahuasca Sky, a color that shines in this visionary work.
In the center of the work, we can see the wise Shipiba woman with healing powers. She has learned to heal thanks to the spirits called "Sacha-Huarmi," which means "Wild Woman."Next to her, we see two felines with a spiritual name, "Puyo-Puma," which means "Tiger of the Cloud." One of their qualities is their ability to be attentive to the movement of the earth, which neutralizes any enemy. They are very fearless in their attacks, but also very cautious. These tigers accompany the session or ceremony and grant the shaman great healing vibrations and the power to defend themselves from the evil of any sorcerer who approaches them and their disciples.
The two women we see on either side of the upper part of the work are called Napeas; they are spiritually present during the ayahuasca ceremony or ritual to promote better vision and meditation.
The water falling from the waterfall represents the eternal source of life, from which the spiral helices of DNA spring.
