En esta obra de arte visionaria en la parte central de la obra se encuentra la Sacha Uya, es un se espiritual de rostro femenino  con habilidades curativas, los espíritus femeninos cuidan la vegetación y el agua; por lo tanto, plantas y flores juntas como el “Toé” y la flor de loto, que se puede ver en esta obra visionaria, representan  la fuerza que tiene la Sacha Uya.  El Floripondio, la planta llena de electromagnetismo, la de el uso de los chamanes para la defensa también se utiliza para enfermedades dañinas y contagiosas y para el alivio de la sangre.
En la parte media superior de la obra se puede ver el ojo de un búho, esta ave es utilizada por los Chamanes para defenderse de sus enemigos que lo atacan desde el suelo.
También observamos un tigre de nombre espiritual llamado "Puyo - Puma" en la parte superior derecha de la obra, que significa "tigre en la nube". Una de sus características es conocer el movimiento de la tierra y hacer que cada enemigo quede inactivo. Es muy valiente en sus ataques, pero es muy cuidadoso. Estos tigres pasan por la sesión o ceremonia y le otorgan al chamán un gran poder curativo por vibraciones y poderes para defenderse del mal de un mago que actúe en contra de él y sus discípulos.
Los delfines o bufeos que se pueden ver en la parte inferior de la obra están presentes espiritualmente en la ceremonia o ritual de Ayahuasca para permitir una mejor visión y meditación.  Existen los poderes espirituales de los dioses y diosas, estas energías son conjeturas.
